Apostle Peter Matthew read one of the magazine of God’s victorious Army a monthly publication of mirrors Cerullo world evangelism. Dr. Morris asked everyone to engage in a 21 days prayer and fasting which he joined became he was already used to a prayer/fasting life being raise from a Christian home and already a Committed and devoted Christian.
On the fourteenth day the Lord Jesus approved to him in his prayer room, where he saw a bright light all over the room around 3:00pm and was shining so bright. He than saw the Lord Jesus on a black horse warning a wine colour robe and there were other horses and men on those horse but the horse of Jesus was bigger in size. The Lord Jesus alighted from the horse and walk towards him and showed him his palm at this time he (Apostle Peter Mathew) was shaking all over and could not lift up his face from his kneeling position. The Lord showed him his palm and lifted up a grain of food and said to him in this nation and other nations of the world a grain of food will be sold for penny but I am sending you to deliver them”
He rose up from this revelation didn’t know what to do and could barely understand what the Lord what saying.
He started studying the word of God and asking to Holy Spirit for interpretation. Initially he thought the Lord was speaking about agriculture until Dr. Morris Cerullo visited Nigeria the same year and the conference was held at LATTER RAIN ASSEMBLY OGBA IKEJA LAGOS. During one of the session in the evening Dr, Cerinlo started teaching from the book of Revelation chapter 6v5-6. At this junction the Holy Spirit reminded him about the revelation he just saw some days ago.
This scripture speaks about end-time famine and the only instrument of escape is the oil and the wine. Which the Holy Spirit interpreted as the intercession of the Saints. Joel 2:15-19, 24,25-27.
